You take responsibility for the entire sales process—not as a traditional salesperson, but as a consultant.
You specifically target HR decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises, conduct structured discovery calls, and understand their real situation in attracting and recruiting young talent.
Based on these insights, you develop tailored pitches instead of standard solutions and guide the process through to closing.
You prepare proposals, follow up proactively, and keep everything accurately documented in Pipedrive.
Requirements
You have initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles, whether gained through vocational training, university, internships, or early-career positions.
Ideally 1–2 years of experience.
A commercial apprenticeship/education is a plus, but not required.
Fluent German; English skills are an advantage.
