About this role
Role Overview
Lead complex tax engagements end-to-end.
Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile entrepreneurs.
Take ownership of client relationships, technical direction, and advisory outcomes.
Mentor and elevate junior consultants.
Contribute directly to the evolution of our advisory offerings.
Act as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-profile clients and entrepreneurs.
Own client relationships, managing discussions, strategy, and implementation with confidence.
Provide technical leadership on structuring, planning, and advisory projects, including international considerations.
Review and challenge advisory work produced by junior team members, ensuring high standards and commercial relevance.
Work closely with senior advisors and the Founder on complex cases, new advisory ideas, and strategic initiatives.
Represent the firm at internal and external events, leveraging the Founder’s reach and profile to build professional networks.
Contribute ideas, challenge thinking, and help shape the firm’s advisory approach, service offerings, and internal processes.
Requirements
Significant experience in corporate and private client tax advisory.
Strong client-facing experience, including leading advisory discussions.
International tax exposure (UAE experience advantageous).
Proven ability to interpret and apply new and existing tax legislation in complex scenarios.
ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA (or equivalent).
Strong technical capability across corporate and private client tax, with the confidence to operate in judgement-led scenarios.
Ability to lead client conversations and advise entrepreneurs directly.
Commercially aware, with the ability to translate legislation into practical, real-world advice.
Comfortable taking ownership of complex workstreams and decisions.
Experience reviewing work and supporting the development of more junior team members.
Up-to-date knowledge of developments across the UK and international tax landscape.
