Active development and shaping of the sales organization
You will expand and actively develop the sales function — from identifying potential new customers and generating leads to closing projects.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer relationships through empathetic, professional and needs-oriented communication
You will represent the company by demonstrating the various use cases of synthetic data, discussing specific applications with customers and supporting their implementation.
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver customer projects
You will act as the interface to capture customer feedback and market requirements and forward them to product development, so we can offer tailored solutions to our customers and continuously improve our products
Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and networking events
Conducting market analyses and identifying business opportunities
Requirements
Completed vocational training
Valid driving license (Class B)
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in complex IT solutions
Strong market understanding and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
High IT affinity and interest in advanced technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence
Excellent communication skills, empathy in customer management, and presentation and negotiation skills in German and English
Innovative mindset and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented
