Monitor trends and shifts in the diagnostic medicine ecosystem, maintaining an active radar on market movements and distribution channels
Establish routines and processes for data collection and analysis (interviews, benchmarking, active market and stakeholder listening) that continuously feed the innovation pipeline
Define prioritization and validation of new products through business cases, based on data and potential impact
Transform raw data into strategic insights, connecting multiple information sources to generate actionable recommendations and support strategic decisions for the R&D vertical
Structure and track performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on the pipeline and post-launch performance (churn, margins, sales, market share...)
Collaborate with different areas (research, production, commercial/sales, marketing, analytics...) to ensure excellence in solution delivery
Schedule and manage meetings with external partners (Brazilian or international) to evaluate new business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Strong experience in data analysis, measurement/monitoring of performance indicators, and building business cases
Proficiency in discovery methodologies and structuring market research
Strong logical reasoning with a focus on problem solving and critical thinking
Ability to work with different teams and stakeholder partners, driving focus and ensuring delivery
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience creating reports and strategic presentations for senior leadership
Advanced/Fluent English
