Projects and Processes Consultant – Innovation & AI

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Projects and Processes Consultant to join the Business Intelligence and Strategic Projects team within the VP of Operations.
• The objective is to accelerate the transformation of our brands across all regions, connecting execution to the company’s strategy.
• The mission will be to orchestrate the implementation of innovation projects and agentic AI (AI based on autonomous agents) across our regions and brands.
• We don’t just want to automate; we want to accelerate the transformation of our business units in each region through process improvements so that technology elevates the customer experience and optimizes our resources.

Requirements

• Complex Project Leadership: Manage the schedule and deliverables of innovation projects, ensuring deadlines and targets are met to secure the expected benefits.
• Process Design (As-Is & To-Be): Map the current journey and design the “To-Be” in collaboration with the involved areas, identifying bottlenecks where agentic AI can act as an enabler.
• Tech & Business Interface: Act as the translator between the business teams (regional teams, brands, and cross-business initiatives) and the AI development team, ensuring the technical solution solves the real problem.
• Change Management & Follow-up: Monitor post-implementation at the front lines to ensure adoption of the new technology.
