Role Overview
Ensure that published content is up to date, validating with the requesting Supervisors.
Process: Job Posting
Align the job profile with the vacancy requester, based on the requisition already approved by the Compensation Management team.
Process: Recruitment
Screen resumes according to the job profile.
Process: Selection
Conduct interviews with the candidate and the hiring leader.
Prepare assessments for finalists and send them to the hiring leader for decision-making.
Provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Build talent attraction metrics, monitor the effectiveness of candidate attraction on the recruitment platform and, if necessary, report to and/or advise the responsible parties.
Process: Third-party/Temporary Hiring
Determine, when necessary, which external consultancy/agency will be used.
Align the job profile with the hiring leader and the consultancy.
Interview the selected candidate together with the hiring leader and the consultancy, and issue the final assessment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Pedagogy.
