Receive and validate documentation for onboarding new sales representatives;
Report documentation discrepancies to the user;
Track the return of documents to proceed with the onboarding of new representatives;
Monitor the progress of the onboarding journey for new representatives;
Report consolidated data on the volume and accuracy of new partner admissions to management;
Create service requests for the preparation of contract drafts;
Register and maintain new suppliers in the RM portal;
Open a ticket to link the cost center for a new supplier;
Configure commission settings, points of sale, and branches in the NewCon system;
Register and maintain resellers in the Área Restrita system;
Create user accounts to enable new business partners;
Register all new business partners in UNICAD;
Maintain team structure/positions for the Partnerships Directorate;
Analyze requests for contract termination and rescission with active partners;
Open a ticket for drafting termination and rescission agreements.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
Knowledge of legislation and regulations; ability to evaluate contracts, certificates, and corporate documents; basic understanding of interpreting financial documents and invoices; knowledge of company registration, business segments, and primary and secondary activities.
