Role Overview
- Integrated Management — Beleza na Web: will monitor both business and financial indicators monthly for the Beleza na Web business;
- Planning: will develop the annual plan each year and work on its quarterly revisions;
- New Initiatives: on an ad-hoc basis and aligned with strategy, will lead the construction of business plans (BPs) for new initiatives;
- Executive Presentations: will prepare and present executive materials at committees with business and finance leadership.
Requirements
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
- Experience in financial planning (FP&A) required.
- Necessary technical knowledge related to the preparation and management of financial statements: income statement (P&L), cash flow statement and balance sheet.
- Strong analytical ability and capacity to connect financial management processes with the business strategy.
- Hands-on profile: curious, resilient, collaborative, focused on continuous process improvement and comfortable working autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive materials for decision-making.
