Grow named enterprise accounts by expanding Supermicro’s server and infrastructure footprint
Execute account-level growth plans and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
Identify and advance enterprise opportunities and pipelines across servers, AI platforms, and data center infrastructure
Drive deals end-to-end in partnership with internal sales teams
Collaborate on joint account plans and enable partners to compete effectively in enterprise accounts
Position Supermicro as a Tier-1 enterprise OEM through first-to-market leadership, customization, workload-optimized performance, and superior total cost of ownership
Partner with sales, channel, marketing, and technical teams to execute enterprise growth plan
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
8+ years in Business Development with demonstrated success driving growth in large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships within enterprise IT infrastructure
Proven success driving growth in servers, storage, data center platforms, AI systems, or cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and decision-making processes
Demonstrated experience working with or through ecosystem partners
