About this role
Role Overview
Support day-to-day communication with global and regional PR agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution
Assist in coordinating media outreach, including building and maintaining press lists across beauty, business, and culture verticals
Track and monitor press coverage daily, ensuring accuracy and timely sharing with internal stakeholders
Manage inbound press requests, including product information, imagery, and interview coordination
Support the execution of global PR campaigns and product launches, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and key milestones are met
Maintain and update launch trackers, ensuring cross-functional alignment across PR, marketing, and social teams
Assist in the development and distribution of press materials, including press releases, fact sheets, and media kits
Track campaign progress across markets and flag risks or delays proactively
Coordinate product seeding and gifting logistics across press and influencer initiatives
Manage sample inventory, including tracking availability, allocations, and shipments
Partner with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all send-outs
Maintain detailed records of gifting to support reporting and follow-up
Assist in the planning and execution of press events, previews, and brand activations
Support guest list development, outreach, RSVP tracking, and confirmations
Coordinate event logistics including run of show, materials, and vendor communication
Provide on-site support to ensure seamless execution and strong guest experience
Maintain calendars, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for the team.
Organize and maintain internal documents, assets, and press materials for easy access.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field (agency or in-house preferred)
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across trackers, timelines, and deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional tone
Experience supporting media outreach, press list development, and coverage tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with experience building and formatting decks for internal and external use
Familiarity with PR tools and platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision)
Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks with minimal oversight and a strong sense of accountability
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve quickly
Ability to manage a high volume of detail-oriented tasks while maintaining organization and composure
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within public relations
Passion for beauty, media, and brand storytelling.
