Role Overview
- Provide enterprise-level oversight of HR’s global risk, compliance, and policy posture
- Design and enforce governance standards and control frameworks
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of HR risk and compliance programs
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to HR and business leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 12 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Proven ability to influence and gain consensus
- Form solid assumptions and make decisions based on information
- Excellent organizational and program management skills.
