Role Overview
- Manage import/export operations while leading the compliance framework.
- Act as the internal expert for HTS and ECCN classifications.
- Hands-on management of export licenses.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market team to identify barriers to entry and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate Country of Origin determinations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Trade Compliance, specifically within Hardware, Marine Electronics, or Robotics.
- Deep understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze hardware components to optimize HTS classifications.
- Proficiency in Notion, Slack, and modern Project Management tools.
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) strongly preferred.
