About this role

Directs and coordinates all activities related to the quality function
Supervise the quality technician team
Responsible for addressing quality concerns in production, design, or customer service
Sets guidelines for product and service quality
Implements an AIB/HACCP Quality system
Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of quality activities
Analyzes and controls expenditures of department to conform to budgetary requirements
Comply with all company rules and regulations

At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar industry and manufacturing
Prior supervisor experience is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field to Business, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering or similar
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of AIB/HACCP programs
Knowledge of folding carton industry
Knowledge of TQM principles, SPC
Knowledge and ability to run various testing equipment
