Role Overview
- Ensure Autodesk customers have access to software products purchased
- Troubleshoot Autodesk back-office systems
- Communicate with customers/partners using various systems
- Investigate and respond to support needs
- Provide information on Autodesk Account features
- Deliver partner training sessions
- Liaise with sales teams
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Ability to identify trends and propose solutions
- Microsoft Office skills
- Enjoy working in a customer service role providing live support
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of another European language is a plus
