Bilingual Associate Therapist – LMHCA or LCSWA, Spanish/English

Role Overview

• Provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide
• Participate in weekly supervision and case consultations

Requirements

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
