Bilingual Therapist – LMHCA or LCSWA, Spanish/English

Role Overview

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide.
• Weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions are core parts of the role.

Requirements

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
