Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM)
Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of program activities
Support leadership and staff in coordinating meetings, managing communications, and maintaining organized documentation
Interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including program leadership, clinicians, technical teams, and government personnel
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials, and document notes and action items
Manage correspondence, maintain program documentation and files, and support reporting and tracking activities
Coordinate travel and event logistics, support onboarding and administrative processes, and assist with the preparation of briefings, reports, and other program deliverables
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
4+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in a federal or healthcare environment
Demonstrated experience supporting program teams, leadership, or executives in a fast-paced, professional setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience scheduling and coordinating meetings, including managing calendars and logistics for multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
