Role Overview
- Partner with, coach, and develop Market Area HR leaders
- Drive region-wide HR projects and implementations including handbooks, policies, processes, and programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Oversee payroll compliance, termination processes, overtime guidelines, and safety requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience with people management responsibility
- Experience supporting regional or multi-site operations preferred
- Hands-on experience with ADP, iCIMS, workplace investigations, compliance, and payroll oversight
