The Senior Accreditation Professional works in a team environment on Humana's health plan accreditations, performing complex tasks related to compliance with accreditation standards across multiple operational areas within Humana.
Help develop and implement quality improvement interventions and audits and help resolve deficiencies that impact plan compliance with national accreditation standards.
Work with operational areas to prepare documentation and files for presentation to NCQA.
Advise operational leaders and frontline associates in developing functional strategies for compliance with accreditation standards.
Use analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience in process improvement, data analytics, Compliance, Risk Management, and/or program implementation/design
Experience working on NCQA Health Equity Accreditation or Health Equity Plus Accreditation
Exceptional analytical skills, including both problem solving and technical proficiency
Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel, Access, and database creation, maintenance and management
Demonstrated excellent time management skills with proven ability to be flexible, adapt to changing environment, handle multiple tasks and deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated successful relationship building
Put context around data and identify problems and solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams
