Deliver onsite and oncall technical and operational support for mission systems at Raven Rock, including system administration, monitoring, and health checks.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions for hardware, software, network, and system performance issues.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including software patches, updates, configuration changes, and performance tuning.
Provide firstline user support and training for system access, basic operations, and issue resolution.
Collect, maintain, and update operational logs, incident and deficiency reports, and checklists in accordance with program and security standards.
Perform incident response, including initial triage, escalation, coordination with highertier support, and closure documentation.
Execute backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity, availability, and continuity of operations.
Support system administration and database support tasks as needed to maintain operational environments.
Oversee procedural compliance and ensure all records, logs, and reports meet required operational, security, and audit requirements.
Act as a technical resource for performance optimization, data integrity, continuity of operations, and support of management status reporting.
Requirements
7–10 years of relevant experience in systems or network administration, systems support, or similar technical roles in secure, mission-critical (DoD or similar) environments
Strong leadership capabilities in directing project/task execution across domains such as maintenance, integration, and data management
Experience in resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality deliverables to drive task success
Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues and provide precise, timely status updates to management and stakeholders
Experience managing schedules and aligning tasks with program objectives to support integrated operations across functional domains
Strong documentation skills for logs, incident reports, configuration and asset records, and technical documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, OR Equivalent DoD/Military training in systems administration, network operations, or a related technical discipline
Minimum: Active TS/SCI clearance required to start
Holds a DoD 8140 qualifying certification; one or more of the following (or equivalent) is required/preferred: – Cloud+ – GSEC – Security+ – SSCP
