Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid
to high-complexity positions (Specialists, Analysts, Coordinators, and Managers).
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, acting consultatively to define technical and behavioral requirements.
Develop sourcing and hunting strategies to identify talent in the market.
Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments.
Manage the candidate pipeline on the recruitment platform.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment metrics (SLA, time to hire, quality of hire, among others).
Support continuous improvement of attraction and selection processes and practices.
Collaborate with internal HR areas and business leaders.
Participate in employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment process improvement projects.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Human Resources, or related areas is a plus.
Experience with Gupy or similar platforms preferred.
Knowledge of competency-based interviews and structured selection methodologies.
Familiarity with sourcing and hunting techniques.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Previous experience using Gupy or other digital recruitment platforms.
Experience in strategic recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience with employer branding projects.
Certification or training in behavioral assessment (DISC, PDA, MBTI, etc.).
Experience recruiting for specialized areas (Technology, Finance, Sales, or Operations).
