About this role
Role Overview
Design, approve and implement the annual target plan for your area of responsibility;
Submit weekly performance reports covering volume, revenue, average price and customer reach;
Identify new business opportunities through new customers, territories or business initiatives;
Conduct weekly visits to key customers;
Recruit and select new sales representatives as needed, ensuring proper customer service;
Ensure sales representatives receive adequate technical training on the Stine portfolio;
Act quickly and proactively to resolve customer complaints, influencing internal departments;
Ensure sales representatives comply with all clauses agreed in the commercial representation contract;
Monitor customers' accounts receivable and work proactively with Finance to prevent delinquency;
Develop, propose or request support for marketing actions aimed at maintaining or expanding the business;
Maintain relationships with stakeholders, consultants, influencers and distributors;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy.
Commercial/sales experience in seed companies.
Technical knowledge of corn and soybean crops.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Knowledge of the BR-163 region.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Team leadership experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
