Monitor competitor activity across the medical aesthetics landscape, including injectables, fillers, toxins, devices, skincare, and adjacent categories.
Conduct primary and secondary research using public sources, industry databases, interviews, and local market intelligence where relevant.
Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and strategic risks across the region.
Prepare quarterly market intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
Translate complex market and regulatory developments into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Support ad hoc strategic projects such as competitor benchmarking, market entry assessments, and portfolio reviews.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, consulting, strategy, market research, regulatory affairs, or commercial roles within healthcare, beauty, or medical aesthetics.
Strong knowledge of at least one priority market: South Korea, Thailand, or China.
Candidates based in India or the Philippines with strong regional research capability are also welcome to apply.
Experience with healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, skincare, wellness, or beauty sectors preferred.
Familiarity with leading global and regional medical aesthetics companies such as Merz, Galderma, Allergan/AbbVie, Hugel, Classys, Bloomage, and similar players is a plus.
Strong desk research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and presentations.
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recurring quarterly deadlines.
Fluency in English and at least one relevant local language (Korean, Thai, Mandarin, etc.) preferred.
