Role Overview
Develop and manage the PRO customer portfolio through acquisition and retention initiatives
Act as the owner of PRO activity, coordinating all in-store operations
Drive the in-store PRO program and train store teams
Monitor the PRO market and proactively make recommendations to improve performance
Requirements
Knowledge of and curiosity about the PRO market
Proven experience working with PRO customers
Passion for serving others and a strong customer service mindset
Leadership and ability to motivate and lead teams
Strong interpersonal skills, rigor and good organizational ability
