Role Overview
- Responsible for implementing the safety approach defined by Castorama
- Coordinates with members of the Store Management Committee
- Ensures the safety of people and property in compliance with applicable regulations
- Prepares regulatory documents and ensures administrative follow-up
- Participates in preparing the safety and maintenance budget and monitors its execution
- Proposes prevention and training programs
- Raises awareness and trains employees on risk prevention
- Serves as the point of contact for employees and local authorities
Requirements
- Qualification in Health/Safety and/or fire safety (SSIAP 2 or 3)
- Degree or diploma equivalent to Bac+2/3 (two to three years post-secondary)
- Significant experience in a similar position
