- Support the department’s processes, ensuring the correct execution of activities and operational workflows with accuracy, quality and efficiency in internal routines.
- The professional will work collaboratively with other departments, ensuring continuous information flow and correct execution of internal processes. The role requires attention to deadlines, careful handling of data, thorough analysis, proactivity and contributions to process improvement.
- Ensure the consistency of beneficiary records for health plans through periodic reconciliations between databases, and control eligibility, with a focus on dependents reaching adulthood.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
