Patient Financial Services Representative – Healthcare Billing, Insurance, Estimates, Patient Support Experience

Role Overview

• Research, resolve, document, and respond to inquiries related to hospital and professional accounts
• Take incoming calls and face-to-face interactions from patients
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies
• Perform financial counseling and assist with applications for Financial Assistance programs

Requirements

• Must have Healthcare Billing, Insurance, Estimates and Patient Support experience
• Ability to communicate billing processes and ask for payments
• Must maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA
• Experience with customer service
