About this role
Role Overview
Own the product for the Corporate Cards + Expense Management vertical, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap;
Identify opportunities for improvement based on research, competitive analysis (Conta Simples, Ramp, Brex), and product usage data;
Work with Engineering to deliver a resilient and secure platform (real-time authorization and fraud prevention);
Build the spending policy engine and approval workflows;
Lead the evolution of the employee mobile experience (receipt capture, expense justification);
Define and track success metrics (TPV, activation, retention, NPS);
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Commercial/Sales, Risk, Compliance) for continuous alignment;
Serve as the internal reference for corporate cards, educating teams and influencing positioning and pricing.
Requirements
6–8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Product Manager in fintechs or B2B financial products;
Direct experience with corporate card products, expense management, or issuing infrastructure;
Strong knowledge of financial operations and processes (expense substantiation, cost centers, reconciliation);
Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads without direct hierarchical authority;
Autonomy, organization, and strong prioritization skills in high-demand environments;
Excellent communication skills (technical and executive);
Advanced English.
