Acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external organizations

Includes commission coordination, performance tracking, and campaign updates
Works closely with the Partner Relations Manager
Helps ensure alignment between partner activities and company objectives
Maintains strong day-to-day relationships
Requirements
Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
Minimum of 18 years of age
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
1–3 years of experience in sales operations partner relations or reporting focused roles
Experience working with third-party or contracted sales teams preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce SalesRabbit or similar platforms preferred
Comfortable working with data reporting and commission tracking
Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners
Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines or address critical issues
The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities
