- Review contestable death claims
- Evaluate policy reinstatement requests
- Assess Medical Information Bureau (MIB) inquiries
- Use Swiss Re manual for risk assessment
- Run manual MIB for reinstatement requests
- Validate prior medical condition reports from MIB inquiries
Requirements
- 4 years of Life Insurance Claims experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Investigative mindset
- Experience with MS Office products
- Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Academy of Life Underwriting (ALU) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) certifications, courses or designations a big plus
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
