About this role
Role Overview
support Agile delivery within a Financial Services environment
lead high performing Scrum teams delivering secure, compliant, and customer focused solutions
serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, partnering closely with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams
draw on past experience, support and facilitate a number Scrum Team(s) with varying levels of complexity
ensure team adherence to Agile principles
provide coaching to the team(s), including newly formed teams, on how to execute the Scrum Framework
organize and facilitate ceremonies, recommend and execute on improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and mitigate risk
track and communicate the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders
take a broader perspective to provide solutions to complex challenges
serve as a filter to remove impediments to progress identified by the team(s)
Requirements
university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
Preferred Skills: Agile Methodology, Communication, Customer Care, Customer Solutions, Information Management, Organizational Analysis, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Program Administration, Risk Management, Scrum, Software Testing
Competencies: Agile Development, Coaching Others, Conflict Management, Design Thinking, Group Facilitation, Interpersonal Relationships, IT Standards, Procedures & Policies, Listening, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving
