About this role
Role Overview
Own the product vision; represent the customer and align priorities to business value and outcomes.
Own and prioritize the product backlog; write clear user stories/acceptance criteria and lead ongoing backlog refinement.
Partner with Scrum Master(s) and delivery teams through agile ceremonies to clarify scope, make day-to-day product decisions, and keep delivery on track.
Define and track KPIs; use analytics, research, and customer insights to optimize the end-to-end experience.
Review and accept completed work; validate against requirements and communicate delivered value and iteration outcomes to stakeholders.
Collaborate and drive partnerships cross-functionally (Product, Technology, Operations, business partners) and support risk, compliance, audit, and application-owner responsibilities as needed.
Leverage industry and marketplace research and customer insights to assess trends to recommend new experiences or enhancements
Requirements
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
