Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Energy Supplier (ES) accounts in New Hampshire
Manages the supplier enrollment process (EDI certification, ES training, and service contract negotiation)
Resolves problems and identifies individual ES account needs
Administers ES contract
Identifies profitable business opportunities resulting from the provision of new services
Identifies and negotiates for Company resources to capitalize on approved business opportunities
Participates in working groups and supplier-related regulatory dockets
Planning, development, implementation, and administration of strategies pertaining to Retail Access
Coordinates distribution of company resources (meter engineering, field operations, load profiling, etc.) to deliver services and resolve problems for 20
30 ES accounts in Connecticut and Massachusetts
Monitors revenues and costs associated with supplier services and reports results
Participates in contract negotiations between competitive suppliers and the distribution company
Leads the “trouble shooting” process for resolving supplier issues and addressing escalated supplier complaints
Manages “customer satisfaction” of ES accounts through regular meetings with ES representatives to review product and service issues
Identifies and implements profit opportunities for the Company by using knowledge of ES needs and Company capabilities to develop new products and services
Increases account penetration through the development and expansion of product and service offerings and identification of opportunities/needs for new ES products and services
Analyzes proposed changes in state legislation, regulations, and administrative policy for their potential impact on the Customer Experience organization
Acts as Company liaison between ES’s, Governmental Agencies and other Distribution Companies in areas concerning retail access
Provide docket administration for on-going regulatory proceedings on supplier-related issues
Conducts periodic Company-sponsored ES conferences
Manages sensitive relationships with senior level business executives
Represents Company through participation at local and regional “working” or technical meetings (i.e., Electronic Business Transaction Working Group, various regulatory working groups and technical meetings, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent work experience
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required preferably in account or relationship management
Ability to develop and manage business relationships
Ability to act as a key liaison and to work effectively with various organization levels within and outside of the Company
Ability to deal with and resolve conflicts
Ability to gather and analyze information to identify and resolve process and quality issues
Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, and apply large quantities of complex information
