Role Overview
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, experts, and professionals.
- Track deadlines and manage case timelines using digital tools.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal forms, reports, letters, and indexes.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and managing caseloads.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Maintain accurate digital records using Clio and other legal tech platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of law firm experience, including at least 2 years in civil litigation.
- Strong working knowledge of Florida courts and e-filing.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, and Clio (Grow + Manage).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
