About this role
Role Overview
- Support key internal and external clients in Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO.
- Provide strong technical leadership in data modeling, Power BI and SQL.
- Ensure timely, high-quality dashboard deployments.
- Manage project production within a technical practice center.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and career planning sessions.
- Review project QC plans and periodic QA compliance audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in field of practice
- Post graduate degree preferred
- Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
- 7+ years of experience since B.S. with at least three years in project management or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong technical leadership with hands-on expertise in data modeling, Power BI (DAX syntax, Power Query) and SQL
- Proven experience leading the delivery of enterprise analytics or PMIS platforms
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
