About this role

Administer and maintain the CRM platform (Salesforce)
Provide technical support and training to sales users on CRM and other sales support tools
Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Manage data integrity within the CRM system
Develop and maintain documentation for sales support tools and CRM processes
Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sales technologies and integrations
Generate and analyze sales performance reports and dashboards
Support sales forecasting and planning processes

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in CRM administration (Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred)
Proven experience with sales support tools and technologies (e.g., CPQ, sales enablement platforms)
Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Databricks, Python, etc)
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
