Leading communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consumer-centric content creation and manage the entire development process.
Translating product communication strategies and key claims into clear, accurate, and benefit-led content tailored for Amazon and other digital retailers.
Writing, editing, and proofreading optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions that follow Amazon SEO best practices and category conventions.
Reviewing and approving content produced by agencies to ensure it meets content quality standards and brand guidelines.
Contributing to EMEA-level content capability improvement projects, including Amazon content excellence programs.
