Role Overview
- Responsible for the materials strategy in the assigned global business unit
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the workcells in factories
- Identify individual and team strengths and development needs on an ongoing basis
- Create and validate training curriculum in area of responsibility
- Analyze the customer’s needs and develop an appropriate materials strategy
- Drive a systematic process to receive, evaluate and fulfill customer demand
Requirements
- HS Diploma and eight years related experience in electronics manufacturing and materials management
- Experience in negotiation, cost reduction activities and materials planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Logistics Management, or related discipline preferred.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
