About this role

Partner closely with Sales Representative(s) in the area to quickly learn the medical device industry and Upper Extremities business, and then contribute to the growth of that business in the assigned territory.
Attend surgeries in which Stryker Upper Extremities products are used, to ensure all products are available for surgeon use in each case and to instruct surgeons regarding product use and functionality.
Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
Work with sales teams to contact customers in order to identify sales opportunities, deliver excellent customer service, and further develop the customer relationship.

Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification ( i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
4+ years of active duty military service

Sales Base/Draw + commission: $65,000, and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
Travel Percentage: 50%
