Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience in learning and professional development
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Performance consulting methodologies
- Instructional design principles, including evaluation and assessment
- AI-enabled learning solutions
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication
