Wellness Director

Role Overview

• Responsible for overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services.
• Deliver a 1440 experience, optimize performance and lead employee connections.
• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance.
• Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months.
• Communicate emergency policies and provide updated information to staff.
• Work toward continual improvement of the overall organization.
• Manage all appropriate state regulations and audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred.
• CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
• Proven high performer.
• Ability to work successfully through complex issues; problem solve.
