Director, Healthy Start Program

Role Overview

• The Director of Wellstar's Healthy Start program serves as the leader of Wellstar's Healthy Start Program
• Responsible for program development, implementation, oversight, forward movement and growth of Wellstar's Healthy Start Program and consortium partners throughout Troup, Butts, and Spalding counties
• Goal is to reduce the alarming rate of maternal mortality and morbidity
• Ensures an ecosystem of care is efficient, effective, and impactful for families in these communities

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree is required
• Minimum 3 years Professional experience in the non-profit sector is required
• Minimum 3 years Experience and working knowledge of program and contract management and oversight is required
• Minimum 3 years Experience working with racially diverse communities, organizations, and agencies is required
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and strong ability to manage email
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
