About this role
Role Overview
Driving strategic growth, retention, and long‑term value across highest‑priority enterprise customer portfolio
Leveraging advanced account management and executive‑level partnership
Understanding each customer’s business objectives and navigating complex challenges
Ensuring solutions become critical to their success
Conducting account mapping and stakeholder identification
Delivering optimum customer success management service
Maintaining strong market knowledge
Management of assigned Key Accounts
Identification of upsell and Cross Sell opportunities
Supporting sales process and customer escalations
Requirements
2+ years of experience in similar role in a SaaS environment
Fluent Norwegian and English speaker
Strong Key Account Management experience within a SaaS business (2+ years)
Support in the Consultative solution selling experience
Highly competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, O365, Dynamics CRM)
Excellent influencing abilities/people management skills.
Proven track record in similar role.
Proven ability to build and develop interpersonal relationships externally and internally.
