Role Overview
- Own and lead end‑to‑end system and platform architecture across mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software domains.
- Drive the transition from local/project designs to platform reuse across regions and product lines.
- Establish architecture governance, standardized interfaces, decision rights, and platform KPIs.
- Lead cross‑domain trade‑offs to prevent local optimization and enable quality, industrialization, and lifecycle performance.
- Sponsor proof‑of‑concept initiatives and shape technology roadmaps aligned with product and platform strategies.
Requirements
- Strong people leader who can influence, align, and inspire senior engineering teams.
- Strong system-thinking mindset with credibility across engineering disciplines.
- Extensive experience in systems engineering, product development, and Hardware/Software integration. Preferably from an OEM perspective.
- Proven ability to lead in complex, global matrix organizations.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems, or equivalent).
