Overseeing a team of international functional and technical HR Technology resources responsible for Workday and other key platforms, including enhancements, maintenance, and optimization.
Reviewing feedback from international stakeholders and helping to prioritize and implement initiatives globally, in close collaboration with the global HR Technology CoE to support end‑to‑end delivery.
Supporting key systems such as Workday by overseeing international configuration across the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design sessions, testing, and deployment, while ensuring regional compliance with established global standards and best practices.
Collaborating closely with global CoE leaders across Shared Services, HR, Payroll, and external vendors contributing to the overall HR technology landscape, including managing escalations as appropriate.
Maintaining compliance with federal, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation across system designs in line with organizational and audit requirements.
Reviewing and supporting Workday upgrades on a regular basis to ensure the system remains current and leverages applicable optional enhancements.
Planning, coordinating, and reviewing work assignments across all international HR Technology resources.
Supporting continuous improvement, succession planning, and team member growth by driving cross‑functional training across multiple applications and solutions.
Gathering regular feedback on system performance and user experience, and using this data to inform and enhance both global and local employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Work Experience 8+ years of hands‑on experience configuring multiple Workday modules.
2+ years of experience as a Workday Implementation Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
Proven ability to lead, organize, and plan Workday implementation and ongoing development through deployment.
Experience working with PMO methodologies (e.g. Agile).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
Ability to set expectations and manage the development lifecycle across international HR Technology teams.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and drive delivery against deadlines.
Fluent English required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
