Monitor, check, and resolve payments, fraud, and bonus abuse alerts (including 24/7 exposure limit monitoring when needed)
Perform payment reviews and process manual transactions and withdrawals, including the High Withdrawal Approval Process (HWAP)
Conduct account reviews and risk assessments before processing withdrawals, maintaining high confidentiality in line with internal procedures
Perform manual KYC checks and approve player documentation
Confiscate assets in accordance with Terms & Conditions and internal procedures
Detect and investigate potential bonus abuse, fraud rings, and suspicious activity
Manage chargeback cases and collaborate with third-party service providers to resolve issues and prevent fraud
Respond to payment-related queries across various communication channels, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all responses
Maintain and handle fraud, risk, and payments reports; support the development of fraud analysis models to improve efficiency
Identify process vulnerabilities and contribute actively to improvements in operations and fraud prevention
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and handle account reviews as requested by regulators
Analyse sportsbook activity and escalate suspicious cases for further review
Follow instructions from the RFP Lead, giving priority to directives from the Head of RFP to ensure operational efficiency and accountability
Participate in team meetings and uphold high standards in all verbal and written communication
Requirements
Knowledge of iGaming, Sports betting and player behaviour
preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage (not a must)
