About this role

Assist with the development and execution of CAA’s E&O and communications strategies.
Coordinate production, sending, and performance tracking for the monthly RecycleOn Oregon newsletter.
Manage statewide print material orders end-to-end.
Draft and coordinate review of media materials and support earned media outreach.
Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for the E&O Portal.
Support social media content planning and community management.
Organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Support the analytics team with collecting campaign data and preparing reports.

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, education and outreach or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Exceptional writing skills and experience writing for a variety of formats, including email, presentations, reports, websites, and media materials.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM and content platforms.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Local government or interest holder engagement experience.
Environmental/recycling/behavior-change campaign experience.
Knowledge of photo editing software (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
