Role Overview
- Lead efforts to design brand-defining digital products, marketing emails, and other collateral
- Foster a culture of design criticism and learning
- Interact with Product owners to understand business needs
- Leverage existing data and customer trends to inform UX recommendations
- Analyze customer insight research to inform strategic and creative direction
- Create wireframes and prototypes, lead user testing exercises
- Work closely with the technical team to implement UI solutions
- Evaluate and identify UX improvements within existing products/platforms
- Execute in a fast-paced environment while improving the creative process
Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 5y or more years' of relevant UX/UI design experience
- Current or prior Labcorp experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions
- Hands-on experience guiding team members and stakeholders
- Ability to clearly articulate goals and UX decisions
- Experience with data and research to back up your work
- Ability to interpret, translate, and extend existing brand guidelines
- Experience working in ad agency or corporate environment
- Highly knowledgeable about new and emerging digital technologies and trends
- Experience in demonstrated ability to produce UX Design work and present design solutions
