About this role
Role Overview
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts
Stay informed about industry trends and market demands
Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to senior management
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Dutch and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel around Belgium for client meetings and industry events
Knowledge of CapEx investment cycles and project management services is a plus
Experience with enterprise-level clients in industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Energy is an advantage
