About this role
Role Overview
Perform contact center support for federal student loans
Review customer applications for completion and accuracy
Handle processing, reporting, and correspondence requests
Complete tasks in a highly productive data entry/processing environment
Report any compliance issues to leadership
Assist with operational requests and account adjustments
Requirements
High School diploma required
12 months experience in administrative support
12 months computer experience in a business environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Must NOT be in default on any Federal Student Loans
Must be a US Citizen
No felonies or misdemeanors within the last 7 years
Benefits
Health and Welfare: $5.09 per hour capped at 40 hours per week
